Destination Guide

Benidorm

Two Blue Flag bays, three hundred days of sun, and Europe's boldest skyline. Benidorm is the Mediterranean's only vertical resort city — and behind the postcard of package-holiday towers hides a new generation of genuinely premium residences that most visitors never find. That's the Benidorm this guide is about.

The lay of the land

Benidorm faces south over two long crescent beaches divided by the old town's rocky headland. Which side you choose shapes your whole holiday.

Poniente — the premium west

The longer, calmer bay. This is where Benidorm's newest and finest residential towers rise: the TM "Sunset" trilogy (Sunset Cliffs, Sunset Drive, Sunset Waves), Torre Sakura, Delfin Tower and the landmark Intempo. Wide promenade, quieter water, space to breathe. Our first choice for families who want polish.

Levante — the famous east

The postcard beach and the nightlife. Sunrise views, a boardwalk that never quite sleeps, and the classic hotel strip. Premium pockets exist — Edificio Kronos rises here — but you choose Levante for energy, not tranquillity.

Rincón de Loix — the family hill

The eastern heights next to Sierra Gelada natural park: Torre Lugano's gated grounds, the Gemelos twin towers, and a short hop to Aqualandia and Mundomar — Benidorm's two big family parks. Resort-style living with views over the whole bay.

La Cala & the far west

Where Poniente melts into Cala de Finestrat: the quietest sand in town, first-line villa complexes like Sunrise Benidorm, and the hillside Seascape Resort above the cove. For guests who want Benidorm's sun without Benidorm's volume.
